Arbolino tops private Moto3™ Valencia test

Italian fastest across the two days in Spain as 13 lightweight class riders put in the work before the Official Jerez Test

Snipers Team’s Tony Arbolino finished top of the standings at the private Moto3™ test in Valencia that took place on 5-6 February. 2019 Valencia GP winner Sergio Garcia (Estrella Galicia 0,0) and Kömmerling Gresini’s Gabriel Rodrigo rounded out the top three at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

A total of 13 riders were spinning the laps under the Valencian sunshine for two days, with established riders such as Dennis Foggia (Leopard Racing), his teammate Jaume Masia and SIC58 Squadra Corse’s Tatsuki Suzuki and Niccolo Antonelli joined by the less experienced reigning Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup winner Carlos Tatay (Reale Avintia Arizona 77) and reigning FIM CEV Moto3 Junior World Champion Jeremy Alcoba (Kömmerling Gresini).

The entire Moto3™ grid – alongside the Moto2™ riders – will be in Jerez on the 19-21 February for their first Official Test of 2020. See below for the unofficial times from Valencia:
