Available now: Livio Suppo on the MotoGP™ Podcast!

New Suzuki Ecstar Team Manager Livio Suppo was the first guest on the brand-new Last On The Brakes format

The first Last on the Brakes MotoGP™ Podcast is available to watch on Twitch as new Suzuki Ecstar Team Manager Livio Suppo joined hosts Fran Wyld and Elliott York for a fantastic, insightful chat.

We take a journey through Suppo’s Grand Prix career, that’s seen the much-adored Italian lead Ducati to their only MotoGP™ title in 2007 with Casey Stoner, to Suppo overseeing Marc Marquez’s Repsol Honda Championship wins in 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017. We then get to hear what Suppo’s first weekend back in the hustling, bustling MotoGP™ paddock was like with Suzuki, while he also reveals his 2022 hopes and expectations, and challenges that have faced him so far. Suppo also reveals who the best rider he’s worked with is before joining the Hamamatsu factory – is it Marc Marquez, Casey Stoner, Dani Pedrosa, or someone else?

Fran and Elliott then dissect all the highs and lows from the outstanding Grand Prix of Qatar – from Enea Bastianini’s emotional maiden premier class win for Gresini Racing MotoGP™, Brad Binder giving Red Bull KTM Factory Racing an unthinkable Lusail podium, and Honda coming out flying in 2022, to the likes of Ducati Lenovo Team and Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™ suffering a disappointing opening weekend. All this and everything in between.
